Our Operations
Located in the Miami, Florida area since 1974, Bernard Cap is the largest Class A dress uniform headwear supplier to the United States Government and its various agencies. All of our products are made in our Florida (U.S.A.) factory to the strict specifications of the U.S. Government.
The same stringent quality standards are used to produce headwear and other cut & sew items for clients in over 30 different countries around the world and from all markets within the uniform industry. In fact, to our knowledge, Bernard Cap is the only small business cap maker with an ISO 9001:2008 certified quality management system, the internationally recognized quality standard, which has allowed us to handle a large variety of requirements and the ever-changing needs of our customers.
To ensure all products meet the standard of quality and rapid response delivery dates our customers have come to expect from us, Bernard Cap employs over 200 skilled workers across all departments with expertise in design, engineering, and different forms of industrial manufacturing and specialty production. In addition, our advanced facility houses the latest technology, automated equipment, and industrial machinery needed to fulfill a wide variety of product categories. As a result, for years Bernard Cap has consistently rated at or near the top level for past performance in quality and on-time delivery within all of the product categories in which it does business.
